Iberico Burger with caramelized apple and fried onion rings

Ingredients
Preperation
  • 2 Iberico Burgers
  • 2 Hamburger Buns
  • lettuce
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 15g Butter
  • Sunflower oil
  • 1 Egg
  • Flour

 Peel the apple and cut into small pieces. Melt the butter in the pan. Add the apple and cook until brown. Then add the sugar until it is partly caramelized. Remove from heat. Pour a thick layer of sunflower oil in a pan and heat. Cut the onion into rings. Beat the egg fine. Dip the onion into the egg and then into the flour. Deep fry in sunflower oil. Bake the burgers according to the instructions on the package. Put some lettuce, apple, the burger and fried onion rings in the bun.
