Veal Cube Roll with avocado salsa

Ingredients
Preperation
  • 2 Veal Cube Roll steaks
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Fresh coriander
  • Lime
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Coriander
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Remove the avocado pit. Cut the flesh finely. 
Put boiling water on the stove and use a knife to cut a
 cross at the top and bottom of the tomato. 
Place in the boiling water until the skin loosens. 
Remove the skin. Cut the tomato in half and remove the
 seeds. Cut the remainder into pieces. 
Chop the fresh coriander. Press half a lime. 
Mix the lime with fresh coriander, sour cream, cumin,
 ground coriander, tomato and avocado and season
 with salt and pepper. 
Cook the veal cube roll according to the instructions on the packaging and serve with avocado salsa.
