Cutt the onion into rings. Heat a grilling pan and grill the portobello mushrooms in it. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside. Cover the bottom of your bun with lettuce, tomato, burger, portobello mushrooms and onion rings, and crumble some blue cheese over it. Top off with a spoonful of mustard. |
