Black Angus Burger with portobello mushrooms

and blue cheese

  • 2 Angus Beef Burgers
  • 2 Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Portobello mushrooms
  • ½ Red onion
  • 30g Blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp Mustard

Cutt the onion into rings. Heat a grilling pan and grill the portobello mushrooms in it. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.

Bake the burgers in a grilling pan according to the instructions on the package.

Cover the bottom of your bun with lettuce, tomato, burger,  portobello mushrooms and onion rings, and crumble some blue cheese over it.

Top off with a spoonful of mustard.
