Wagyu Burger with roasted
beetroot and sour cream

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Brush the beet to clean and dry. Put it in some olive oil in aluminium foil and put in the oven for about an hour. Remove from the oven, let it cool and remove the skin. Cut the beets into slices. Mix the sour cream with horseradish and season with salt and pepper. Grill the burgers according to the instructions on the packaging. Take a hamburger bun, top up with lettuce, some roasted beet slices, the burger and a heaped spoonful of the sour cream mixture. |
