Description of Veal T-bone

T-bone is two cuts of meat in one, tenderloin and sirloin steak separated by a T shaped bone. Dutch veal live together in large stables where they can move around freely, and natural behaviour is stimulated.

The best Veal T-bone flavour combinations

Delicious with rosemary together with a tomato lemon salsa. You could also try with grilled spring onions and a bell pepper salsa.
