Cowboy Steak with a coffee chilli rub.

2 persons


  • 2 Cowboy Steaks
  • 1½ tsp Chilli powder
  • 1½ tsp Ground coffee
  • ½ tsp Brown sugar
  • ½ tsp Mustard powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
Mix all the spices together with the coffee and rub the cowboy steaks with it. Allow to draw in a bit.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the Cowboy Steak for about 7 minutes on each side.

Let it cool off for a few minutes before serving.
