Lady Steak with balsamic port sauce

2 persons

  • 2 Lady Steaks
  • 250 ml Red port
  • 250 ml Red wine
  • 40g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper
Start with the balsamic port sauce. Mix the port with the wine and balsamic vinegar and heat. Allow it to simmer. The longer the sauce simmers, the more it reduces and the more the alcohol evaporates. Leave on medium heat for at least 20 minutes
Meanwhile, fry the steaks according to the preparation instructions on the packaging. Remove the meat from the pan and add the residual moisture to your balsamic port sauce. Stir well.

Cut the butter into cubes. Remove the sauce from the heat and add the butter. Stir until the butter has melted.

Serve the meat with the sauce
