Start with the balsamic port sauce. Mix the port with the wine and balsamic vinegar and heat. Allow it to simmer.The longer the sauce simmers, the more it reduces and the more the alcohol evaporates. Leave on medium heat for at least 20 minutes Meanwhile, fry the steaks according to the preparation instructions on the packaging.
