Put the meat in the fridge 24 hours before usage. This is a food safe method to thaw the meat.
Use a frying pan with fat (oil, butter or lard) until golden brown, 2 minutes on each side.
Set to low heat and let it thread for 3 minutes, turn regulary.
Add salt and pepper.
Rib Roast can also be prepared on a grill or barbecue.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Melt butter in an ovenproof pan and fry the meat for 1-2 minutes on each side. Put the pan in the oven for 12-15 minutes, then take it out and set aside. |
