Preheat the oven to 220°C. Wash the turkey and pat dry. Stuff the turkey with rosemary and thyme and rub the outside with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a roasting pan and pour cider over the turkey. Reduce the oven temperature to 180°C and cover with tinfoil. Roast the turkey for about 2 hours. Remove the tinfoil after 1 hour, and let the turkey bake until golden brown. Meanwhile, bring a large pot with water and salt to a boil. Cook the sugar snap peas and peas for about 4 minutes until tender. Scoop from the pan with a skimmer and rinse with cold water. Put the spinach into the pan, remove the water and rinse with cold water. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic with the vegetables for 3 minutes. Serve with cooked pasta. |
